I agree with Mr: Gent. The rather vague generalities

supplied ao not get down close enough to the

problem. We must clearly have some means of

evaluating, in reasonably precise fashion, the

advantages, from a technical lighting and

power aspect, of the inter-connection proposed,

before any decision of value can be come to as to

the advisability of undertaking this expenditure,

and as to its equitable apportionment.
